Trouble downloading?

Did you process your order for the eBook and not receive or could not find/see the download page to get your books? If so, and you feel that your transaction was successful, please contact us using the form below.

If your transaction went through, you will be automatically locked out of the payment system for Credit/eCheck for a half hour and will not be able to make another payment. When emailing support, remember to include your billing name, payment type, transaction number and email address. We will then verify your transaction and email you the eBook upon confirmation. This is usually completed either the same day or the next day.

I can’t find the eBook on my computer.

If you went through the saving process, but can’t find the eBook, you have a couple of options. One is to download it again and save it to your desktop. The other is to use your search function to find the file. In Windows, click your ‘Start’ button in the lower left corner. Then choose ‘Search’ and then ‘For files or folders.’ Type in ‘masteryourman’ (exactly like this with no spaces) and then hit ‘Enter’. Your computer should find the file. You can then cut and paste it from where you find it to your desktop or other location, or double click to open from there. Refer to your Windows Help section for more on using your search feature (Help is also in the Start menu at the lower left of your desktop). If you still can’t find it, please contact us on the contact form.

Decryption Error:
The eBook was written in a higher, more updated version of Adobe Acrobat, so you need to have at least version 5.0 of Adobe’s Acrobat Reader on your computer in order to access your eBook. Now, if you don’t already have at least version 5.0 of the Acrobat Reader, you can get it for free by clicking here

Trouble with Password?

The password is case sensitive. If you lost your password or still have problems please contact us.

Do You Have Printed Books?

Unfortunately we do not offer a printed version of the eBook. I know a lot of people enjoy having a book in their hands, but on the plus side, you can be reading the books within minutes of ordering. Once you order, you are directed to a download page where you grab the book in .pdf format (Adobe Acrobat). You are welcome to print the books out from home or Staples’ if you wish.

Refunds or Cancellations

We honor our refund policy – minimum 60 day money-back.  If you are not satisfied we will refund your money with 1 to 3 days from the time of receipt after you complete the form here.

  1. After refunds: You will no longer have access to members areas or online videos related to products.
  2. For mail-order products, refunds will be issued o after our shipping department receives.

*You will receive an email confirmation when your refund or cancellation has been processed & your credit card will be credited.

I No Longer Get the Newsletters or They Are In My Junk Folders
