It is getting close to Christmas and for many of you ladies out there that means buying that special someone in your life something extra special.  I am hoping that you haven’t already purchased your Christmas gift because over the next couple of weeks I plan on bringing you some great posts on romantic gift ideas for the man.

Part of the fun of this blog is the fact that I get to carry out lots of surveys and today it’s all about the romantic gifts men would actually like to receive.  The results may or may not surprise you.

By far the most popular voted top by 45.5% of the men surveyed was black lace lingerie.  This really is no surprise.  I know that you are probably thinking that red lingerie is more appropriate for this time of the year but black lacy lingerie wins according to our survey.  The feel of the lace, the fact that it’s see through and of course the fact that it comes in so many different varieties….

In 2nd place with 27% of the votes was a kinky costume.  This is another of the great romantic gift ideas that you can use when getting your Christmas gift this year.  Now when thinking about kinky I can picture a whip, black leather/pvc, and a matching set of handcuffs too.  Add a blindfold to the mix and you will really get him going.  What man wouldn’t like to be tied up, blindfolded and gently whipped by a woman dressed in black leather?
