Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. 

We honor a minimum 60 day satisfaction, money-back return policy.

If we have referred you to a product from a 3rd party (products which we do not collect money) which you have purchased and are unsatisfied we will guide you to that vendor. 

To request a refund:

  1. Include the correct email you used to place the order
  2. Name you used to order
  3. If possible, the date you ordered
  4. Request refund here

NOTE: Please allow 24 hrs Monday-Friday. Weekend requests will be promptly handled Monday. Confirmation of the refund will be sent via email & your card will be credited.
